I have been working in and writing about the modular home business for years and I am embarrassed to admit that I have never heard of Timber Creek Homes.  To say that I have overlooked them until now is very sad.

The other day I received a news update about a new development going into Colorado.  Since I get about 200 news feeds a week, I really am choosy about what I comment on because of time constraints.  Something about this article caught my eye and I read about a company that built high end modular homes in the upper atmosphere of millions of dollars!

I went to their website and was just blown away by the elevations, floorplans, photos and beauty of the homes.  Here is just one example of their work.  Click on any picture to visit their website.  ENJOY WHAT MODULAR CAN BE!

Dear Gary:

I have spoken to Timber Creek in the past. The designs are great however the cost is five times other factories. It is amazing what money can buy. The challenge is cost versus design and productivity versus larger gross profit orders.

Non the less the designs are great.

I agree that you have to be rich to buy one of their designs but that's what we have Haven Homes for in the east.

I am currently employed with Timber Creek Homes. As it is that we DO build very high end homes in modular fashion, the economy has forced us to downsize to lower end housing. Feel free to contact me with any questions on our company. My email is I just found your blog this evening and was very interested in all of your articles. Nice work!
