MARTHA STEWART IS THE NEXT MICHELLE KAUFMANN

KB Homes displayed their newest entry in home design, the GreenHouse, a net-zero offering designed with the help of Martha Stewart.

I'll pause here while you think about this.  Pause....Think....Pause....

Yeah, I know, it boggles the mind with thoughts of MS (Martha) now intertwined with MK (Michelle).  The fact that either of them is in the forefront of the "green" movement is just more than I can comprehend.

But they both have a dark side.  MK, the self-proclaimed modular housing expert, opened and closed her factory before anyone even knew it was open and MS went to jail where she made table arrangements with recycled materials.  I guess that's some sort of qualification.

Next, look for one of the big modular home factories to snatch up Lindsay Lohan to help design a series of net-zero homes for rehab celebrities.  Or how about Mel Gibson designing a line-up of net-zero modular homes with built-in safe rooms and a chapel.

Pause...Think....Pause

Really ,celebrity branded homes no wonder so many people are so disgusted. What on earth does the average buyer have in common with Martha Stewart that would compel them to buy that home!!! Does she live in one? You want a celebrity endorsement bring in Mike Holmes from HGTV and just build it right!!!!!

i'm all about innovation and staying on top of industry trends, but this is just too much. maybe they'll start selling the homes out of kmart, along with her line of bed spreads! ah!

If the "PEOPLE" elected a president with no experience based on HOPE and because OPRAH said to do it, the "PEOPLE" can also buy homes.
Unfortunately, the target market may just not think the way we think... Common sense does not rule the world.
