Actually Palm Harbor is owned by Fleewood which in turn is owned 50/50 by Cavco and Third Avenue Value Fund.

Your right about Third Avenue Value Fund owning 50% of Fleetwood. However Fleetwood would be out of business if Third Avenue owned 100%. Another investment group with no HUD experience trying to run a mobile home company. Does that sound like a familiar theme?

Coach:
It makes as much sense as a trailer company trying to run a modular home company. I believe Fleetwood tried it before to no avail and we see what happened when Palm Harbor tried to do the same thing. When will they learn. Wonder if the results of Palm Harbor means that Fleetwood will leave the same people managing it and Nationwide Homes.
