Ritz-Craft Homes, Mifflinburg, PA, announced it has been contracted to manufacturer, deliver, and install 64 modular units comprising a two story student housing building for the Fulton-Montgomery Community College in Johnstown, NY.

The project double the amount of housing currently offered at the college. The additional housing will include contemporary apartment-style living with kitchenettes, living rooms and private bathrooms that can house three to four students. The new building will accommodate up to 144 students. The U.S. Department of Agriculture awarded the college an $11 million loan to complete the project along with other renovations.

Manufacturing is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2012 and building will be open for the fall 2012 semester. The Ritz-Craft Corporation has been manufacturing custom modular units for single family, multifamily, and commercial buildings since 1954.

Your house should fit well on your block; this means that the distances that you have to leave between your site boundaries and your home should be proportionate. Don't worry because your home builders can help you and do this work for you.
