MODULAR HOMES SALES REP MAKES CLASSIC MISTAKE

Last year I wrote an article about a sales rep sending a letter to one of the builders that reads Modular Home builder and took him to task for his dumb way of asking for the builder's business.

This year's crop of sales reps is not looking any better.  Here is an actual letter sent from an East Coast sales rep to a modular home builder asking him to change factory.  It has all the marketing finesse of a dead possum. 


Check it out and then ask yourself if his Sales Manager actually reads what is being sent out.
