I'm not a big Facebook user but when Craig Halliday, the guru behind Nationwide Homes' marketing efforts, decides that Facebook is a fantastic way to showcase their homes, he jumps right in and does a great job.

His latest posts in Facebook feature a well known celebrity choosing Nationwide Homes to build a big addition to his daughter's house.  And you thought modular factories only built entire homes.

Can you guess who this is?

Nationwide has less than 500 FaceBook fans. They do not understand FB marketing.

They do have less than 500 fans, but how long have they been on Facebook? Does anyone know how many website visitors they get? My guess, there should be a ratio that determines how Facebook, or any social media, is performing for any company. At the end of the day, it's about getting the sale.

I just looked up the NAHB on Facebook and they have less than 500 fans too. I guess they don't know much about Facebook either.
