Best Modular Home Factory Website ---- Simplex

Not having viewed modular home factory websites for a while, I decided to take a look at some of the ones I reviewed in the past and what did I discover?  Only the best factory website I've seen yet.

Simplex Homes' website has everything I've been telling you a successful site should have. A clean home page with links to everything placed logically, an announcement of an Open House on August 4th and 2 "call to action" buttons.

The "about us" page has pictures of the founders, the plant and even good old Bob Vila.  The Floor Page with a pull down menu is great especially the Brochure section.

All the header links take the visitor to very professionally designed and inviting pages.  I'm particularly impressed that they have pictures of all the key people AND their email addresses!

Buyers looking to build a new home, Simplex would be one of the contenders solely based on the website and isn't that why factories have them?

Builders that choose to go with Simplex can use the website as their marketing tool.  It's that good.

I have to agree that the Simplex site is about the best web site I've seen from an American modular factory. Yet when I compare it to the web sites of Swedish Off-Site builders they make Simplex look like amateur night.

In fact if I do a random page test in my Swedish factory links I can't come up with a link that does not put Simplex to shame with the sophistication of the marketing they put forth.

Better graphics, better photography, better illustrations of their designs. Why can't the Americans bring the same level of sophistication to their marketing? Why does Off-Site own 95% of the Swedish housing market, and the US factories? Why does a small country the size of California with the population of New Jersey run circles around American industry? When will the Americans start taking this seriously.

Much to learn.

That sure is a biased comment. I took at look at the sites(none translate to English) and they are fair overall, several very good, but not "AMAZING"... native bias?

The house front and center on the home page isn't even one of theirs. It's a stock photo that shows up frequently on the ABC nightly news when Diane is talking about real estate.
