Simplex Helps Mansfield University Save a Full Year

Stan Weaver, my friend at Modular Home Erectors, sent me some pictures of a major project his company just set for Mansfield University in Mansfield, PA. Built in the factories of Simplex Homes, Scranton, PA, this project came in almost a year ahead of schedule because the University worked closely with Simplex when they decided to go modular.
“ We've been able to do, with everybody’s help in the last six months, what would ordinarily have been unheard of,” MU President Allen Golden said. “And rather than opening in the fall of 2014 (the original projection), we’re going to be able to open in the fall of 2013 because it’s important to build on the momentum that Phase One has created."
If I were a betting man, I would say that Simplex Homes, Modular Home Erectors and Mansfield University will have a long and fruitful relationship. Gotta love modular!
