The Best Book Ever on Building a Modular Home

This morning I had breakfast with a few modular home builders and was told that they consider this book a must read by any builder in the modular home business AND it is a great book for new home buyers that are looking to go modular.

really. This book is out dated and boring

I could not disagree more with the last comment. Show me a better book that covers what the prospective modular home buyer should be aware of. Even site builders considering modular should read this book. Kodos to Andy Giannino for a great book!

I agree that this is a great book for any builder or home owner looking at modular housing. It has more detailed drawings than stereo instructions

Great job Andy!

I am considering purchasing several as "gifts" for serious prospects (I have a stamp with my logo - they will remember where they got the book).

It is a BOOK and presumes a relationship toward the ultimate sale. I have referred Andy's text book to a number of prospects.

I have not seen the process of building a modular home so cleanly described.
