Coach, this approach is so pre-2007.

Today's sales reps get better training at the factory, completely understand the builder's needs, follow through and form a working relationship with their builders. ROFLMAO

Too bad the sales managers continue to treat their sales reps like this. Now if you could only get them to learn that sales come from all those things I mentioned and not from intimidation and scare tactics, maybe sales would increase.
