Another Modular Home Factory Padlocks Its Doors

CASS Homes (Canadian-American Structured Solutions) in Billings, Montana just padlocked the plant leaving employees in the dark and home builders without homes that have not been built that they have paid deposits.

No other details have been released but I will get you more information as it becomes available.

How does Blu Homes justify a valuation of 10X sales when other builders can not keep their doors open?

As far as I'm concerned that is the scariest part of ordering a home now. The house company will not tell you they are on their ass because you won't give them the money for the order, then they go under and you lose twice that money and the money to reorder somewhere else or go under with them. Not a good feeling --Between this and the banks , it's time to retire and move on
