Keystone Homes Weathered Housing Crunch Quite Well

Now in its third generation, Keystone Homes in Waynesboro, PA is a private family run modular home factory that not only came through the housing recession relatively unscathed, they are once again flourishing.

After more than 40 years, this small factory which serves parts of PA, WV, MD and VA is seeing their production lines full of modules being built for delivery. Keystone is unique among its peers as it not only has a large retail sales center, they also build, deliver, set and completely finish their homes for the customer. They do have a few authorized sales centers throughout their market but the majority is sold through their own center.

Here is their sales center and a look inside their factory. Nice job guys!
