Every Builder Wants One But Few Get Them

Anthony Zarrilli, owner of Zarrilli Homes in Brick, NJ, continues a family tradition of building great homes. His father was a site builder but since Anthony has taken over the reins of the business, the majority of the homes they build are modular.

When Sandy hit the New Jersey coast and destroyed just about everything in its path, Anthony and other local modular home builders jumped in and helped their neighbors and friends rebuild their lives and their homes.

Anthony tells every new homeowner he stands behind everything he does, right done to the last stone in the patio because it is the right thing to do.

He just shared a testimonial email with me that I think sums up what every builder should strive for in their business. I was told by one of his friends that he has hundreds of these from just about everyone he has ever built a home for on the coast of NJ.

Hi Anthony,

I can’t thank you enough for sending Roberto to fix our stone problem.  He and his crew did an excellent job, and we are extremely happy.  I remember when we first met that you that you said you stand behind your work, and this is definitive proof of that statement.  This wasn’t an easy fix — it was a major problem, and from the moment I brought it to your attention, you were 100% behind us in getting it resolved.  We are very, very happy.  Keep sending us referrals like the nice couple who stopped by to look at the color of the siding (they said they were friends of yours and were in the process of rebuilding their home in Brick with you).  We invited them in, gave them a tour of the house, and enjoyed showing it off while singing your praises.

I’ve attached 2 pictures I thought you’d enjoy.  The first shows exactly what we wanted: a level, perfectly graded yard where the stones won’t overflow onto the street and you can walk on it with ease.  The second shows Rich’s enthusiasm over the new patio.  Our house and yard are beautiful, and we owe it all to you.

With all our thanks,

Rich and Amy

p.s. We’d love to have you stop by and have a drink with us when you get back from vacation.  You won’t believe how nice everything is.
