Irontown Homes Featured At 2014 PCBC Show

Irontown Homes is taking part in this year’s Pacific Coast Builders Conference Show as a featured home builder.

Irontown Homes will be constructing a single module guest home that will be displayed prominently just outside the main entrance to San Francisco’s Moscone Center June 25 and 26.

The 534 sq. ft. luxury home will be packed with innovative sustainability features including weathered barn wood siding, weathering steel roof, BIBS (Blown in Blanket System) exterior wall insulation, thermally broken Western Windows with a multi-slide door and Ductless 25 SEER heating and cooling. The home will also be built with a tongue and groove cedar ceiling, bamboo wood floors, maple cabinets, tile tub surround and quartz countertops.

The module will be constructed in Irontown Homes’ factory in Spanish Fork, Utah before it’s shipped and set for PCBC where show attendees will have the opportunity to tour the home. Following the show, Irontown Homes will transport and set the home in Santa Barbara.

PCBC brings some of the most influential residential builders, developers, architects, lenders, investors, marketers and product manufacturers together while offering educational forums, networking opportunities and a unique exhibit hall.

Looks like innovative design. Are there any East coast modular companies working on similiar modernist
type thoughts in their product line-up?
