Franklin Homes produced its first factory-built home in May 1969. Since that time, the company has grown into a major builder of manufactured homes in the South and Southeast, marketing homes in 15 states.

The family-held company produces HUD-Code manufactured homes and modular homes in its state-of-the art 270,000 square-foot production facility located in Russellville and provides 125 jobs for the Franklin County area.

Each year, AMHA recognizes those companies which have been dedicated supporters of the organization for 10, 20, 30, and 40 years.

Established in 1967, the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association is dedicated to the protection and promotion of the state’s manufactured home industry through legislative representation, continuing industry education, public relations and communications efforts. AMHA members are businesses in all segments of the factory-built and site-delivered housing industry including: manufacturers, retailers, community owners, suppliers, financial institutions, and developers.
