Thank You to Our Veterans Throughout Our History

I would like to give a special thank you to my son Adam, my niece Donna and nephew Chris for serving our country in Desert Storm in Iraq and to Peg's and my Uncles and Great Uncles who served in both World Wars and to General McClellan, my distant cousin on my father's side who served during the Civil War.

I would also like to thank my mother who stitched and packed parachutes for the Airborne troops and to my father that was the central PA coordinator for War Bond sales and packed over a thousand boxes of homemade food for our troops in Europe during World War II.

And I would also like to remember Sam Hollabaugh, a Marine, that was on the hill in Iwo Jima while our flag was raised. He endured over 2 years of the worst conditions any veteran could ever experience.

This is the day to remember all their sacrifices for our freedom.
