"Gary, Connecticut Valley Homes would like to accept "The Hopper
Challenge".
I am so glad another modular home builder stepped up and took me up on my challenge of donating a "Hopper" in their name for Kelsey's Dream.
These folks build in most parts of New England and have built over 1,500 quality modular homes. That's a lot!
The following waterfront home was built in Portsmouth , RI .
It has 2200 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and den. In addition,
the walk-out finished basement at the beach level has a family room, plus 3/4
bath, mechanical room and garage.
You can almost hear the seagulls and smell the ocean. Why anyone would choose stick built over modular construction is a mystery to me.
Here is my challenge to every modular home builder!
I will donate one Hopper for pictures of a completed home a modular home builder sends me. A Hopper will be donated in your name. It takes 25 Hoppers to sponsor a new hospital and I will donate Hoppers in your name until we reach that goal. One hopper per builder.
Send your home pictures along with location, sq ft and #Bdrm & Baths to modcoach
