Attn: PA and WV Builders - Keystone Homes Makes an Offer You Can’t Refuse

Keystone Homes (Homes by Keystone) in Waynesboro, PA is a boutique modular home factory with a nice model village located near the factory.

I was contacted today with an unusual request. Would I post one of their model homes for sale to builders on my blog? Yes I would and here are the details:

If you are a builder within their 100 mile delivery area, they are offering a fantastic home at a low price. This home has been in their model village a little longer than it should be and they want to replace it with a new chalet home. You and your customer can see it on display right now.

They are looking for a builder, developer, real estate agent or even a retail customer in PA or WV to purchase this big 2,222 sq ft Cape Cod/Full Shed Dormer (Salt Box) home at a BIG savings.

The price of $165,000 includes teardown, delivery and set-up (complete finish as normal) within 50 miles of Waynesboro. (PA & WV) (Standard delivery fee applies from 51-100 miles).

New shingles, siding and carpet are part of the package. (The home will be made “like new”)

Let’s go over that again….they will disassemble it, deliver it on their own trucks, set it up including the crane and completely finish it with new shingles, siding and carpet.

Here are some of the features in this home:

  • Andersen Windows
  • Comfort Home Energy Package with R-38 Ceiling/R-19 Wall/R-19 Floor
  • 30 year Architectural Shingles
  • Custom Cabinetry
  • Low Maintenance Exteriors
  • Decorated Interiors
  • Radon Vent Pipe
  • Ten Year Warranty
  • Colonial Window Package
  • 2 1/2 Bath
  • Heat pump
  • Complete kitchen appliance package

Heat Pump is included.

WOW!!!! being from the modular industry, I can say that is one hell of a deal. I bet this house will not take long to sell based on what Keystone is willing to do for the customer.

What George said in spades. Too bad I live in NJ or that house would be sitting on my customer's lot next week. I also checked out their website and they do everything for their builders. Too bad none of the factories I have used do that much. They also do all their own repairs and service work. Sign me up Keystone.

Just looked up Waynesboro, PA and found they are about 160 miles from me.

What it sounds they do should be the model for modular home building in the US. Wake up factories and take a look at what these guys are doing.
