Unibep, the huge commercial and residential modular factory located in Poland, is planning to enter the Swedish market with an offering of modular buildings.
The president of the company is ending the redefinition of its presence on the German market and will exit Russia since “there is no space for foreign general contractors.”
“Our aim in a 4-5 year perspective is to get close to having 50 percent revenues from exports (versus 25 percent currently),” Mikołuszkoa said.
Sweden has a huge modular acceptance and the company wants to be a player in this growing market.
The company reported sales of 1.240 billion PLN ($310,000,000) last year.
