Midwest Sales Reps Needed to Catch the Train

HERE YOU ARE. Another day at the office. Time to go home. Remember how proud you were when you landed that great sales job at the modular home dealer. And now? Well, your work’s OK, your colleagues are pretty nice and the office parties get pleasantly out of hand at times. Of course you’re keeping your eyes open for a better job opportunity or to see if that train is coming already. You’re still very ambitious. You want something else. You’re looking for new energy in yourself and in a company. That’s great, especially if you have a proven track record of selling to new home buyers. Because that is what we’re looking for. So get your iPhone, Android phone and email us at ken@expressmodular.com to make an appointment to talk about the openings we have for sales reps in the Midwest. Don’t wait any longer. You might miss the train.

Ken, that is one of the best help wanted ads I have ever seen. I think a lot of people will be stealing it for their business.

Should this not just be listed with the October job list blog or is this blog now becoming the help wanted ads for your guest speakers at your over priced boot camps?

To Anonymous,
I'm sorry you find a help wanted ad in poor taste. I allow any factory, builder and even supplier to post help wanted articles on my blog. There is never any charge for this and I am happy to help.

As for the cost of the Boot Camps, again I am sorry you feel they are overpriced but the cost of putting on a Boot Camp including the venue, meals, hotels rooms for speakers and travel dictates the cost I have to ask for each Boot Camp.

It has always been my pleasure to do these and I hope the hundreds of people that have attended them are satisfied and sign up for the next ones.

Sorry you feel what I do for this industry is meaningless. I sure don't share that opinion.

Anonymous, I'm compelled to respond as one of the guest speakers, who earns nothing for sharing what I've mastered in modular at these very fairly priced Boot Camps. All the guys and gals who speak do it for the industry. We are comped for a hotel room and sometimes travel, but are rewarded with helping others and getting some press from this blog - a blog that has done more for this industry than the associations have, combined.

What have you done for the modular industry while cloaked in your anonymity?

Well said Harris. Keep up the good work promoting the modular industry.

Little Bill, my pleasure. I love this work. What's good for the goose is good for the gander

We need more builders like Harris Woodward and Anthony Zarrilli who go out and share their success with others in the modular industry. Everyone who reads this blog site should attend a Mod Coach Boot Camp or a Builder's Breakfast and learn from some of the greatest people in the industry. I sure hope Gary keeps up doing a great job with this blog and not let a few negative comments get him down.

Stephen,
I'm in it for the long haul or until I win the Powerball.
An insensitive comment doesn't matter that much.
