Home by Vanderbilt in North Carolina does something that few modular home builders and almost no modular home factory does.  They video record their customer's testimonies and places them in their website and on YouTube.

If a factory were to do testimonies from their builders and their builder's customers, it would be one of the best marketing tools they could use.  Just don't bury the link to them in some corner of the home page, make the link to the videos a big, standout button that beckons every visitor to click through.

The validity of a video testimonial is low. Johnny and his friends can make a nice video. So can my ten year old. It is not a magic bullet and is often viewed as non believable.
