New Modular Home Factory Opens in NJ

A new modular home factory is gearing up to begin building houses in Millville, NJ

American Custom Modular, founded last year by Jeff DiMatteo and Gino Ciacaglini is capable of producing up to 150 homes a year.

They already have orders for 180 townhomes in the planned community of Winslow Commons, Camden County, NJ, starting in March next year.

About 50 full time jobs, paying between $12 and $30 an hour, will be available to local contractors and they have already started to hire workers.

I tried calling them but there was nobody there to answer the phone. Makes me very suspicious.

Good deal,a new modular factory in NJ.

At least it's not another one in PA. Does PA offer tax incentives to modular factories? Is that why there is so many there?
