Homeway Homes Chosen to Build Waterfront Village

When Heritage Harbor in Ottawa, IL wanted to build a small village of one and 2 story vacation homes along the Illinois River within their development, they turned to Homeway Homes. There will be 30 homes built within the village.

These cottages called “The Cottages at Heron’s Landing” come in three different designs and range from $139,900 to $199,900.  They have the look and feel of real waterfront homes. Some of the owners have put their homes up as vacation rentals so that anyone can enjoy the look and feel of what a modular home really is.

So if you want to rent a home for a few days along a beautiful river, just sign up for one of these great homes. To see the real beauty of this development, watch the video.

Sitting on that porch and watching the river roll past. There is nothing better than that.
