Retail Commercial Modular Construction Quietly Making Huge Inroads

Frey-Moss Structures, located in Georgia and Oregon, is one of those modular factories that flies below the radar but creates free standing retail buildings we all see every day.

Frey-Moss Structures was founded in 1992 and began manufacturing convenience stores, carwashes, fuel kiosks and canopies for all the major oil companies including several independent jobbers.

They also began to expand modular construction in the food services industry by developing relationships with some large companies such as Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, Burger King and Kentucky Fried Chicken and others.

The next time you are driving, look around at the free standing retail stores and ask yourself if they could be modular. They probably are.
