Stopping in Unannounced is Always Fun

The NJ Modular Boot Camp was last Wednesday and the following day Peg and I began a two day trip home. We left Toms River, NJ and leisurely traveled down Route 9 to Cape May and wrapping up the day with an 85 minute ferry ride from NJ to Delaware.

It was Peg's birthday and we stopped at small antique shops (the ones that were open off-season) and other unique shops along the way.

As we came around a corner Peg noticed a big billboard featuring Select Modular. She asked if this is the company owned by the lovely sisters she met the day before, Julia Kmiec and Roseann Jannetti? I told her if we saw their office we would stop.

Sure enough, a few minutes later we were at their West Creek office and decided to stop.

There we reunited with Roseann and her staff. They have been modular home builders for over 20 years and their list of happy customers is huge. The welcome we received was wonderful and if everyone that stops into their offices is treated like we were, you immediately become part of their family.

L-R, Dana Farano, Roseann Jannetti, Stephen Prakash
Dana Farano, the office receptionist who first greeted us, and Stephen Prakash, the Sales Consultant working that day and Roseann run a very warm and friendly showroom. They have a second showroom in Williamstown, NJ

Even if you aren't looking to buy a new home today, make sure these lovely people are on your short list when you begin looking. Tell them Modcoach sent you.
